Pecan Nut Shortbread

Melt in your mouth Greek style pecan shortbread. These are traditionally served in Greek culture for any special occasion. They are dusted in a generous layer if icing sugar which gives them a beautiful “snowy” appearance. Small enough to be eaten in one bite with a strong cup of coffee. These little biscuits melt in your mouth and are very hard to stop at one!
