Dark Chocolate & Pecan Biscotti

More-ish Italian style dark chocolate & pecan biscuits. These biscuits are sliced by hand into fingers and twice baked, which gives you the perfect shape of crisp biscotti to dip into a strong coffee. Traditionally flavoured with almonds, we decided chunks of bitter, sweet dark chocolate and pecan nuts make a welcome change to these biscotti. We love serving our biscotti with a strong coffee or dessert wine at the end of a meal for a little sweet treat.
