Coconut, Pecan & Raisin Rusks

Hand rolled farm style rusks are full of toasty coconut flakes, pecan nuts and sweet raisins. We use coconut oil in place of butter and coconut milk in place of buttermilk which adds to the coconut flavour and makes them a great vegan option too! Perfect dunked into a hot cup of tea or coffee. (Vegan)
