Almond Florentines

Deliciously caramelized almond flakes on a thin biscuit base, cut into long rectangular fingers. These moreish biscuits have a thin buttery base and the most delicious caramelized almond caramel topping which sets to a perfectly crisp finish. They are delicious served with tea or coffee, and also make a perfect addition to any dessert offering. We love to serve a finger or two with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
